All in all, working from home has been very good to me. Having control over my time meant that I was able to incorporate more exercise into my days (off-peak gym membership anyone?). It enabled me to spend more time with my family (I recently went home to Kenya for 6 weeks, working while I was there) and without the two-hour commute, I had much more time to spend on other things..
